SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We offer an in-house courier services for Melbourne Metro delivery. Please contact us if you need your order ASAP and we can assist you in expediting.

Our pieces are lovingly restored and our original pieces are handmade with love, please be advised there may be small imperfections in the finishes, including small divets in the plinth flutes, and inconstancies with colour in the candles and the paint work. We believe this adds a raw and unique beauty to our items, and we advise that these imperfections are not damages. We hope you love your pieces as much as we have loved them. 
Our general handling time of an order is from 6/10 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer refund due to change of mind.

Exchange is welcome within 7 days of purchase at the buyers expense.

If you would like to exchange your order please contact us  within this timeframe. Additional freight charges will be incurred by the buyer in order to provide an exchange. 

It will be the senders responsibility to ensure the item is returned in undamaged condition. 


All freight and shipping charges are paid directly to

a third party services and are non refundable.


Receiving Damaged Goods 

It is the buyers responsibility to check all items

immediately upon receiving. 

If your order was received damaged in transit

please email us within a 48 hour time frame.

If we are not contacted within the timeframe, it may void any

transit insurance for your goods.
